DEREN Electronics has put into production a full-automatic mask production line, striving to reach the production level before resumption of production in the first quarter

During the epidemic, DEREN Electronics urgently customized four full-automatic mask production lines in response to the urgent shortage of masks across the country and started production on March 10. 400,000 disposable ordinary masks can be produced every day to supply the epidemic prevention of the local government and the resumption of work and production by enterprises in each DEREN Park.

At the same time, the Company actively coordinates the resources and channels of domestic and foreign subsidiaries to purchase medical epidemic prevention materials such as masks, alcohol and disinfectant urgently needed for epidemic prevention and control. So far, the company has purchased 500,000 medical masks through overseas channels for epidemic prevention and control needs of government departments, banks and enterprises such as Guangming District of Shenzhen City, Heshan City and Bishan District of Chongqing City.

At the beginning of the epidemic, DEREN Electronics quickly set up an epidemic prevention and control team to formulate epidemic prevention and control measures and emergency plans for epidemic prevention, and made targeted arrangements for comprehensive investigation of employees' whereabouts, deep control for returning Shenzhen, environmental disinfection, epidemic prevention material storage, government information docking, employee health monitoring, etc.

After returning to work, every employee in Heshan DEREN Park must be tested for nucleic acid by professional testing personnel before entering the park. This can not only quickly and effectively protect the health and safety of employees, but also fully and efficiently promote the safe return of enterprises to work and minimize the risk of cross infection. In addition, DEREN Electronics has strengthened the management and supervision of employees after work, strictly prohibited all kinds of gathering activities, and advocated "the Company and the residence, two points and one line" to avoid large-scale personnel mobility.

Chongqing Meta, a subsidiary of DEREN Electronics, has adopted an intelligent and information-based production line. Its automated production workshop has streamlined the number of employees, effectively reducing personnel contact and improving production efficiency during the epidemic. Just three days after the resumption of work, the daily production plan was exceeded and the production capacity is expected to double within 2-3 weeks. To this end, the customer immediately added 10,000 orders.

The Automotive Division of DEREN Electronics maintained close communication with all customers during the epidemic situation, responded quickly, and actively made various epidemic prevention preparations and resumption plans. On the day of returning to work, the arrival rate of the personnel returning to work was as high as 99%, reaching the production level before resumption of production.
