Chen Min’er learned about the planning and function layout of the bonded zone, and inquired about the management operation and industrial development. Luohuang Port, which is close to the comprehensive bonded zone, is one of the key rail-water intermodal transport port areas in our city. After the investigation, Chen min’er presided over the symposium. After hearing the speeches of JiangJin Distrcit and Bishan District, Chen Min’er affirmed the achievements of economic and social development of JiangJin Distrcit and Bishan District since the 19th Communist Party of China National Congress. He pointed out that the metropolitan area of the main city is an important sector with the most active economy, the highest degree of openness, and the strongest innovation ability in the whole city. Accelerating the development of the metropolitan area of the main city is an inevitable requirement for implementing the major decisions and arrangements of the Central Government and building new power sources for high-quality development, and is an urgent need to better drive the development of the urban groups in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area in northeast Chongqing and the Wuling Mountain Area in southeast Chongqing and promote the integration development of the Chengdu and Chongqing urban agglomeration.
