In order to put the major deployment of protecting the public sector and non-public sector of the economy in equal from Beijing into action and carry out "bringing laws into enterprises" event, on Mar. 22, 2019, Li Lihua, the chief procurator of Shenzhen Guangming District People's Procuratorate, visited DEREN Electronics to carry out "Prosecutors into Enterprises" event.
Chief procurator Li Lihua and the accompanied, communicated with the leaders of the company in details, on the existing problems of protecting enterprise's legitimate rights and interests, intellectual property rights, cleaning enterprise accumulated cases, and preventing enterprise risks, after face-to-face communication, mastering the operation and development condition, and listening the service demand on procuratorial organs, aiming at providing enterprises precise services. Chief procurator Li also said that the economic development needed good legal environment and order, the event was geared to understanding the appeal of enterprises and project condition, and then finding key problems affecting the normal development of the enterprise, from the judicial enforcement perspective, coordinating and solving disputes, safeguarding the economic development in districts.
